About Me
I customize treatment to best serve my clients’ unique needs. I believe effective therapy begins with the right match. I provide a collaborative, safe, and non judgmental space. I approach my clinical work through an integrative perspective, utilizing a psychodynamic (insight-oriented) lens and drawing from my training in other evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.

I am a native New Yorker and obtained my bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College and doctoral degree from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University. Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, college counseling centers, community mental health clinics, and private and public schools in the New York area. I completed my postdoctoral fellowship at New York University where I received specialized training in Eating Disorders.
